It's clear that we should all stop reading these damn exit polls. They were wrong in 2000, they're probably wrong in 2004. There hasn't suddenly been some radical new polling methodology emerge since the last election. We're still dealing with an inexact-- natch, an inept-- science.

Actually, I'm feeling pretty comfortable right now. Again, all the trend lines are positive for the Bush campaign. Whether or not that means he wins, we'll have to wait and see. After all, that's why we hold the election, vice letting the Washington Redskins decide the presidency.
